High-end talents who were newly introduced from outside Guangzhou in 2021 in the district's key supporting industries.

Supporting Measures

A. Cutting-edge talents: a settling-in allowance of 10 million yuan for Nobel Prize winners, 5 million yuan for academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), and 2 million yuan for other kinds of talents. The allowance will be given out over two years at 50 percent each year.

B. High-level talents: a settling-in allowance of up to 1 million yuan for talents who were selected in a national major talent program, up to 500,000 yuan for talents selected in a provincial major talent program, and 200,000 yuan for those who were recognized as Guangzhou outstanding experts.

C. Senior management talents & high-end innovative talents: a one-time bonus of 100,000 yuan

D. Cultural, artistic, and sports talents: a one-time bonus of 100,000 yuan; those who set up studios at or above the municipal level in Tianhe will be given an additional 100,000 yuan.

E. High-skilled talents: a one-time bonus of 100,000 yuan; those who set up workshops at or above the municipal level in Tianhe will be given an additional 100,000 yuan.

F. Management team members of key enterprises: a one-time bonus of 100,000 yuan

G. Overseas students: a one-time bonus of 50,000 yuan
