Innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the district's strategic emerging industries can apply for this program. They include leading talents with outstanding contributions, elite talents with development potential, and cutting-edge talents of startups.
Talents in the district's key supporting industries like software and information services, finance, modern business, high-end professional services, construction, as well as culture can apply for this program.
High-end talents who were newly introduced from outside Guangzhou in 2021 in the district's key supporting industries can apply for this program.
Newly established academician, postdoctoral, and doctoral workstations, as well as newly introduced doctoral talents and above by enterprises in Tianhe in key supporting industries can apply for it.
All the winners of the aforementioned programs can enjoy other supporting services like applying for Guangzhou household registration or talent green cards, free talent apartments, as well as individual income tax preferential policies and government subsidies.
