Grantral One, the retail podium of the Grantral Centre complex in Tianhe, has reported strong results in its first 100 days of operation since opening on July 10.

The project has quickly become a focal point of the city's retail market, attracting more than 50,000 visitors daily and surpassing 5 million total visits. Several stores, including GAP, SUPER MINISO, and Banana Climbing, have ranked among the top-performing outlets nationwide. The center's membership has surpassed 200,000, while its popularity ranking on Dianping, a Chinese consumer review platform, has held the top spot for five consecutive weeks, and the Xiaohongshu hashtag has generated over 8 million views.

The opening of Metro Line 5's Keyun Road station exits A and B, which connect directly to the center's MTR and LG levels, has further boosted cross-district footfall.

Grantral One houses a diverse range of over 300 brands, including more than 35 exclusive first-in-market locations, flagship stores and innovative concept outlets. With a strong emphasis on fashion retail, entertainment and dining, Grantral One is designed to serve the needs of office workers and nearby residents.

To mark its 100th day, the center unveiled a large public art installation inspired by the Pearl River's flow. The work uses water, sails, and waves to create an immersive space where visitors can walk through and pause.
