New OPC innovation hub unveiled in Tianhe
Yuangang Zhihui Park, a new innovation incubation hub dedicated to one-person companies (OPCs), was unveiled in Tianhe. The first batch of startups has signed agreements to set up operations in the community.
At the launch ceremony for the community, a support plan for the OPC dual-engine was announced. This plan aimed to break down barriers in policy, capital, computing power, and industry resources for individual entrepreneurs and small tech teams in the AI sector and support the growth of of AI innovation projects.

Xiao Liangang, deputy director of Tianhe District's Science, Industry, and Information Technology Bureau, highlighted the district's commitment to offering industrial policies, special funds, and project subsidies to ensure comprehensive service support across the entire industrial chain. He said the goal is to nurture more startup entities within the community.
Ming Lian, general manager of the Yuangang Zhihui Park project, said that with the rapid expansion of the AI industry, many independent developers and small AI teams urgently need low-cost office space and industrial resources.He noted that this led to the creation of the Yuangang Zhihui Park.
He said the community not only provides free office space but also collaborates with the local government to offer business-friendly policies. These include computing power subsidies, entrepreneurship guidance, investment and financing connections, and market resources.
