Tianhe's tech innovations shine at 34th Guangzhou Fair

The 34th Guangzhou Fair opened on Aug 21 at the China Import and Export Fair Complex, with Tianhe's achievements in technological innovation showcased at the exhibition.

The Tianhe exhibition area presented advancements in artificial intelligence, the low-altitude economy, intelligent manufacturing, biopharmaceuticals and healthcare, and smart urban agriculture.

A highlight was the Qianwen AI Glasses, Alibaba's first fully integrated AI assistant, capable of eye-tracking and biometric monitoring for seamless interaction. It also offered access to Alibaba's ecosystem services and AI-powered real-time translation.

In the low-altitude equipment zone, drones by Chengzhi Intelligence have been deployed in major emergency rescue missions, while Guangzhou Forsale Digital Technology showcased an "air-ground coordination" inspection solution integrating drones and ground-based robots.

Key innovations included Qianxun Spatial Intelligence' s Beidou-based positioning technology and MSHOT's high-precision imaging equipment.

Powered by half of the province's "double first-class" universities, 13 key national labs, and 43 ministerial-level research institutes, Tianhe has cultivated a vibrant ecosystem of over 190,000 technology enterprises. It is accelerating the integration of research, technology, real-world applications, and industry, fostering a nurturing environment for tech enterprises.

During the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-30) period, Tianhe aims to become a leading hub for software and internet industries, while accelerating the development of intelligent vehicles, low-altitude economy, and biopharmaceuticals.
