Tianhe Shiguangli, a public cultural space located in Tianhe district of Guangzhou in South China's Guangdong province, has been included on the list of typical cases of the province's model public cultural services during the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-25).

Tianhe Shiguangli stands out for its comprehensive offerings, including art exhibitions, library services, education and training, and hosting cultural events, creating a multifaceted cultural experience for residents. Serving as a branch of the Tianhe District Library and Cultural Center, it facilitates cultural services through a four-level collaboration at the provincial, municipal, district and community levels.
