AIM Talks China 2026 convenes in Tianhe
The AIM Talks China 2026, held under the broader AIM Congress framework, the world's leading investment platform, takes place on June 17 in the Tianhe Central Business District of Guangzhou.
This marks the first time the AIM Congress has ventured into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, with a high-level business delegation from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) visiting the region for industry investment matchmaking. The delegation includes nearly 70 UAE and Middle Eastern enterprises, as well as over 100 prominent guests from the region's political and business sectors.
The event aims to align the UAE's National Investment Strategy 2031 with China's Belt and Road Initiative and the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-30), while making full use of the Greater Bay Area's strategic location and industrial strengths. Key areas of cooperation include artificial intelligence and robotics, biomedicine, the low-altitude economy, food and agriculture, green energy, digital trade, and financial investment.
Organized by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Trade, UAE Consulate General in Guangzhou, and AIM Global Foundation, the event features a high-level dialogue platform.
The UAE delegation includes major enterprises like Mubadala Investment Company, ADNOC, and First Abu Dhabi Bank, which are seeking partnerships in smart manufacturing and other sectors. Prominent Chinese companies such as XPeng, NetEase, and China Construction Bank will also participate in the event, exploring new collaboration opportunities.
