The Game Industry Service Center in Tianhe has upgraded to the 2.0 version, aiming to boost the global reach of the city's game industry through a series of innovative reforms.

The district announced the Game Industry Service Center 2.0 plan on May 21 at a conference on cultural exports at the 22nd China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair in Shenzhen, Guangdong province.

The upgraded center enhances collaboration among government, industrial parks, and industrial associations, integrating resources to establish a "one-stop" service mechanism for enterprises. It streamlines administrative, industry, and export services, offering comprehensive support in policy consultation, copyright registration, business registration, and more through dedicated service specialists.

Tianhe is also advancing the construction of a 60,000-square-meter anime-themed park, partnering with leading companies to create a dynamic ecosystem for IP incubation, immersive experiences, and international cultural exchange, setting a new benchmark for digital culture in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

During the event, Tianhe released the White Paper for 2026 Guangzhou (Tianhe) Game Industry Service Center 2.0 Reform and Innovation, underscoring its commitment to supporting digital cultural enterprises in global markets.

In 2025, Tianhe's cultural service exports reached $849 million, marking a 38.27 percent increase from the previous year. Its cultural products exports reached more than 2.4 billion yuan ($353 million), representing an increase of 62.33 percent.
