Tianhe wows international journalists with cutting-edge technologies
The Haixinsha Omni-Space Intelligent Experience Center, a flagship platform in Tianhe focusing on cutting-edge technologies, such as the low-altitude economy, intelligent connected systems and embodied intelligence, welcomed a group of international journalists on April 26.
This visit by the international journalists who attended a seminar themed around a recent report by the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), showcased Guangdong's cutting-edge technological achievements.
At the outdoor H helipad of the center, the journalists observed demonstrations of eVTOL (electric vertical takeoff and landing) aircraft and unmanned logistics projects. SF Express presented a seamless unmanned delivery process, combining efficient aerial drone transfers with precise ground vehicle docking, highlighting a new model of smart end-point delivery.
Inside the experience center, they were captivated by Guangdong's technological innovations. A bionic quadruped robot navigated complex terrains, showcasing its potential in the event of emergency rescue, while a robot soccer match demonstrated advanced multi-agent collaboration algorithms. They engaged with low-altitude travel equipment and interactive intelligent robots, experiencing the futuristic lifestyle enabled by omni-space smart scenarios.
In the AI and robotics experience zone, the visitors had a diverse range of interactive experiences, from robot dancing performances to hands-on engagement with AI smart gadgets.
As a key platform for showcasing and trading technological innovations in Guangzhou, the center has created an integrated "display-experience-sales" loop, bridging the gap to commercialize technological achievements.
