Tianhe achieves impressive growth in Q1
Tianhe has emerged as a leader in economic development in Guangzhou, achieving remarkable results in the first quarter.
The district attracted 64 industrial projects in the first three months, the highest in the city, and saw the establishment of 34,000 new enterprises, marking a 30.8 percent increase year-on-year.
Major developments include the signing of a 125,000-square-meter commercial center by SKP on March 2, and the introduction of Hilton's luxury Waldorf Astoria hotel on April 8. These ventures are rapidly forming a "luxury retail + high-end hotel + unique experience" hub in the eastern Tianhe CBD, enhancing Guangzhou's status as an international consumption center and boosting the growth of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

AIM Congress, the world’s leading investment platform, announced its "AIM Talks China 2026" event will be held in Tianhe CBD on June 17. Meanwhile, the Guangtang Sci-Tech Innovation City launched its embodied intelligence industrial park, including a full-chain production base for XPeng Robotics.
