Intercity rail connection
Passengers can travel between terminals via the intercity rail line. From T1, exit through Gate 20 on the first floor and walk east through the pedestrian tunnel to the platform near Gate A1 for a 5-minute journey to Baiyun Airport East Station (T3).

From T2 transport hub, the rail connection to T3 takes just 6 minutes. Tickets cost 5 yuan ($0.72), and trains operate approximately every 15 minutes daily. Upon arrival, the departure hall is a 3-minute walk from the station.

Free shuttle bus service
A complimentary 24-hour shuttle service operates between all terminals. Boarding points are at Gate 12 on T1's departure level and Bay 30 at T2's East Transport Hub. Service frequency adjusts throughout the day: every 8 minutes during peak hours (9 am-11 pm), every 15 minutes during off-peak periods, and every 20 minutes during late-night hours (3 am-5 am). The journey takes approximately 30 minutes.

On-site staff guidance
If passengers find themselves at the wrong terminal with 90 minutes before departure, they can seek help from staff wearing "Wrong terminal? Ask me!" sashes, who are available throughout the terminals to arrange transportation to the correct location. For immediate assistance, passengers may contact airport staff at 96158. If departure is within 60 minutes, passengers are advised to contact their airline directly to make alternative arrangements.
