How to reach Tianhe from Guangzhou Baiyun airport T3

Intercity train:
The intercity train is the most efficient option from Terminal 3. To access it, head to the transportation center and take the elevator down to the lower ground floor of Baiyun Airport East Station. A direct train to Keyun Road Station takes just 24 minutes and costs 19 yuan ($2.75). Trains run every 15 minutes, from 6:47 am to 9:51 pm.

Metro:
To access the metro, take the intercity train to Baiyun Airport North Station. From there, transfer to the north extension of Metro Line 3, heading towards Tiyu Xilu. This line connects to Guangzhou East Railway Station and Tiyu Xilu. Fares range from seven to eight yuan. Metro services operate from 6 am to 11:15 pm, with trains running every five to 10 minutes.

Airport bus:
Airport buses from the arrival area of Terminal 3 serve multiple destinations in Tianhe. Buses to Chebei Street cost either 25 or 35 yuan and operate from 2 am to 10 pm, departing every four hours.

For nighttime services, buses to Tianhe Sports Center Station, Fengxing Plaza Station and the bus stops at South China Normal University and Jinan University cost 35 yuan. These services run from 11 pm to 5 am, with departures every 20 to 60 minutes. Buses to Tancun Station also cost 35 yuan, with scheduled departures at 12:45 am and 1:25 am.

Ride-hailing and taxis:
Ride-hailing services can be picked up from the 1M and second floors of the P12 parking lot. Taxis are available outside Gate 72 for domestic arrivals and Gate 75 for international arrivals. Fares to Tianhe Sports Center range from 80 to 120 yuan.
