How to reach Tianhe from Guangzhou Baiyun airport T2

Metro:
From the transportation center, proceed to Airport North Station. Take Metro Line 3 north extension towards Tiyu Xilu. You will arrive at either Guangzhou East Railway Station or Tiyu Xilu in about 35 to 40 minutes. Fares are seven to eight yuan (approximately $1), and trains operate from 6 am to 11:15 pm, running every five to 10 minutes.

Intercity train:
Intercity trains from Baiyun Airport North Station take 31 minutes to Keyun Road Station and cost 23 yuan, with services approximately every 17 minutes.

Airport bus:
For overnight travel, airport buses depart from the western bus terminal at the T2 transportation center. The downtown Line 2 serves Tianhe Sports Center Station, Fengxing Plaza Station, and bus stops at South China Normal University and Jinan University.

The fare for these buses is 35 yuan, with departures scheduled from 11:20 pm to 5:20 am every 20 to 60 minutes. Buses to Tancun Station depart at 12:15 am and 12:55 am, with a fare of 35 yuan each. Services to Chebei Street operate at 2:20 am, 6:20 am and 10:20 pm, with fares varying between 25 and 35 yuan.

Ride-hailing and taxis:
Ride-hailing pick-up is on the western side of the P8 parking lot's second and third floors. Taxis are available at Gate 53 on the east side and Gate 50 on the west side of the transportation center.
