Tianhe district is set to bring 102 leading companies to the "Million Talents Gathering in Guangdong" Spring 2026 Large-scale Comprehensive Job Fair, offering nearly 4,400 jobs with an average annual salary of 2 million yuan ($290,000).

The fair runs March 15-16 at the Canton Fair Complex Zone D.

Participating firms span Tianhe's key modern industries, including Fortune Global 500 leaders such as GDRH and Guangzhou Digital Technology Group, internet giants like NetEase and XPeng, alongside sector champions in AI, fintech, biopharma and low-altitude economy.

The fair will set up specialized pavilions for advanced manufacturing and modern services, showcasing cutting-edge "Tianhe-made" products like flying vehicles and humanoid robots.

To attract talent, Tianhe has introduced a package of incentives. Interns can receive subsidies of up to 30,000 yuan, while top master's and PhD graduates working in local software firms will receive extra bonuses ranging from 50,000 to 100,000 yuan. High-demand talents and postdoctoral researchers can also enjoy targeted funding and housing subsidies. Additionally, a local innovation hub will promote a unique AI-assisted startup model with free rent, utilities and other support for entrepreneurs.

Following the fair, Tianhe will hold a month-long talent recruitment campaign from March 17 to 31, launching more than 10,000 extra jobs across office buildings, industrial parks and campuses, building a long-term talent attraction platform.
