As a venue that has hosted the National Games twice, it remains committed to a people-centered approach, upgrading its facilities with green technology, innovation, and accessibility. It has now become an open and vibrant "sports park for the people", turning valuable event resources into accessible fitness opportunities for all citizens.

The center has introduced a 1,700-square-meter smart fitness plaza at Five Rings Square, divided into two meticulously designed areas. Venue One (1,103 sq m) features eight functional zones, including an outdoor smart gym, an interactive competition area, a fitness testing zone, and a recreational zone with engaging activities. It also offers a jump rope plaza, a children's play area, and a wheelchair/stroller parking zone, highlighting its commitment to inclusivity.

Venue Two (585 sq m) offers more specialized experiences with six functional zones, including an intelligent competition area equipped with interactive bikes for on-site races, a dynamic cycling zone with gamified equipment, and an outdoor board games area featuring chess and checkers. It also features a smart training zone, a fitness testing area connected to a real-time data screen, and a special-needs training zone with low-intensity equipment for seniors and rehabilitation groups.

To extend its social impact, the center has added 28,000 sq m of public sports space, including indoor and outdoor smart tracks. With plans to offer over 15 sports, ranging from athletics and swimming to basketball and climbing, the center ensures that 70 percent of its venues are open-access and over 50 percent are low-cost, making sports accessible to the entire community.
