GRANTRAL ONE, a large shopping mall in Guangzhou International Financial City in Tianhe, has revealed its first brands and is scheduled to open in mid-2026. Its commercial area of 160,000 square meters will make it the district's largest mall.

Located at the junction of Keyun Road and Huangpu Avenue, the mall offers direct access to Keyun Road Station on Metro Line 5 and connects to the Guangfo Intercity Railway. The mixed-use development includes retail, dining, cinema, and office spaces, with the office tower featuring a rooftop helipad.

The first announced tenants include 10 stores that are new not only to Guangzhou, but to all of South China, along with eight flagship stores and 30 stores presenting their latest concepts. The offerings span entertainment, retail, fashion, and dining, targeting both businesses and families in the area.

GRANTRAL ONE will serve as a central commercial hub in the International Financial City, contributing to the area's expansion.
