Guangzhou K11 Art Mall in Tianhe district is rolling out a series of exclusive privileges to welcome global visitors until Nov 4.

During this period, visitors to Guangzhou can register as new Guangzhou K11 members by presenting one of the following: a 138th Canton Fair pass (exhibitor or buyer), a transportation certificate to Guangzhou (air, train, or ferry ticket), or a booking confirmation and key card from Rosewood Guangzhou or Langham Place Guangzhou.

New members will receive a welcome package featuring a limited-edition luggage tag, a taxi voucher worth up to 130 yuan ($18.26), a 100-yuan beauty e-voucher, and a specialty beverage.

Guangzhou K11 offers an instant tax refund service. Eligible travelers can receive an immediate partial tax refund in-store.

Upon departure, travelers only need to carry the tax-refundable items as required and submit their valid identification and the tax refund application form verified and stamped by customs to complete the final tax refund process.

The Guangzhou K11 outdoor plaza will host the 3rd Guangzhou IPA Craft Beer Festival from Oct 31 to Nov 2, 2025.
