On Oct 16, three shooting finals of the 15th National Games were held at Guangdong Huangcun Sports Training Center in Tianhe, Guangzhou.

In the men's 10m air pistol team event, the Anhui team won gold by defeating Hebei 16-6, while Hebei and Jilin secured silver and bronze, respectively. Hebei's Niu Qisong shared that his first experience at the National Games in the Greater Bay Area was personally meaningful.

In the women's 50m rifle three positions event, Zhejiang's Wang Zifei took gold with a score of 462.9 points, breaking the Asian junior record for finals. Her teammate Han Jiayu and Beijing's Li Yanan finished second and third, respectively.

Tang Xiao of Guangxi secured the women's 10m air pistol title, while Ruan Mengying from Hubei and Jiang Ranxin from Shanghai finished on the podium.
