Built in the early 1990s, the Keyun Section covers approximately 350,000 square meters. It is located near Tianhe Park, with easy access to several major roads, including Keyun Road, Zhongshan Avenue, and Huangpu Avenue. As the birthplace of the "Keyun road spirit", it has long supported technological innovation in Tianhe.

The initial phase focuses on road resurfacing with asphalt, scheduled for completion within approximately six weeks. This work aims to address pavement deterioration and improve traffic safety.

This phase lays a strong foundation for comprehensive upgrades, including the modernization of signage systems and the refurbishment of building facades, reflecting a commitment to continuous urban improvement.
