As a key highlight of the Guangzhou Asian Cuisine Festival, the 2025 Asian Landmark Cuisine was unveiled recently in Guangzhou, with 31 top restaurants making the list.

This year's list introduced an honorary "star elevation" mechanism. Brands consistently featured on the list for several years in a row can now be promoted to one-star or two-star status based on a comprehensive evaluation. This initiative encourages businesses to maintain quality, innovate continuously, and set high industry standards.

An Asian Landmark Cuisine Map, incorporating Guangzhou's classic culinary routes and innovative landmark destinations, was also launched, providing both residents and tourists with an immersive culinary journey.

The festival was combined with the 15th National Games through an innovative "cuisine + sports + culture" model to showcase the vibrancy of Guangzhou and inject new energy into the culinary industry of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

In the coming weeks, a series of activities will be held to deepen the integration of cuisine with exhibitions, culture, tourism, and sports, fostering a deeper connection between culinary brands and urban life and allowing more people to experience the unique charm of "Eating in Guangzhou".
