An exhibition featuring line-drawing paintings by Zhan Zhongxiao and Jin Cheng, both from Guangzhou, opened on Aug 20 at the Tianhe Art Gallery in the city's Tianhe district.

At the exhibition's opening, Jin said that hosting the exhibition at the Tianhe Art Gallery represents a breakthrough attempt in promoting line-drawing art.
Both artists hope to closely collaborate with cultural and creative institutions in Tianhe to create characters with Chinese cultural elements, hoping to strengthen the art form's general appeal.
