It provided an interactive platform for creating, sharing, and learning, attracting families with children from Belarus, South Africa, Italy, Spain, Russia, and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, among others.
The event kicked off with community volunteers introducing the essence of Spanish and French culinary cultures. Under the guidance of professional chefs from the prestigious Institute Disciples Escoffier, a culinary arts association with campuses across Asia and Europe, families learned to prepare authentic French dishes and Spanish tapas, immersing themselves in the charm of international cuisines.
