In May of this year, the China Taiping Insurance Finance Building, which reaches a height of 230 meters, is set to commence operations in the Guangzhou International Financial City in Tianhe district.

With a floor area of 140,000 square meters, the building will have some 105,000 sq m for rent or sale. The focus of attracting tenants is mainly on financial technology, financial services, Global Fortune 500 companies, leading enterprises in high-tech and information industries, among others.

The building has adopted an intelligent management system, which emphasizes environmentally sustainable practices, resource recycling, smart access control, intelligent conference facilities, smart elevators, smart parking solutions, and other features.

It is equipped with 24 high-speed elevators, 530 underground parking spaces, and 24-hour drinking water facilities, as well as commercial amenities such as convenience stores and cafes.

For tenant companies, it offers rent-free periods, builds an enterprise community, connects cooperation opportunities, and enhances overall business services.

The starting area of the Guangzhou International Financial City has introduced 14 headquarters or regional headquarters of financial institutions like China Taiping Insurance Holdings, Guangzhou Financial Holdings, Guangdong Exchange Holding Group, and the Agricultural Bank of China.

Companies like Guangzhou Zhongxu Future Technology and Eworld, operating in digital gaming, digital services, and e-commerce, have also set up offices. The industrial convergence of "finance + technology" is gradually taking shape.
