Tianhe shines at Guangzhou Cosmetics Week
The Tianhe leg of Guangzhou Cosmetics Week opened on Dec 18 at Huacheng Square – situated in Tianhe district of Guangzhou, capital of South China's Guangdong province.
Nine companies are showcasing over 100 beauty products at the ongoing event, which is being held for the second time.
They're providing a platform for business enterprises in the cosmetics industry to exhibit and exchange ideas, showcasing the district's high-quality development in the sector.

Guangzhou is widely said to lead the nation in the beauty sector, with its cosmetics industry output value topping 100 billion yuan ($13.7 billion) and the city representing 80 percent of Guangdong province's registered cosmetics.
Tianhe district itself is home to the largest number of cosmetics businesses in Guangzhou, with nearly 140,000 establishments.
Among these are 570 cosmetics companies on the business register, 9,000 beauty institutes and 86 import-export agencies for imported cosmetics that account for a quarter of Guangzhou's total.
