The nation's first healthcare service center for overseas personnel, hosted by Modern Hospital Guangzhou – located in Tianhe district – recently settled in Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.

The center provides free rest places, wheelchairs, and other health facilities for expats, as well as services such as health consultations and medical guidance – opening up new fields of medical services for foreign nationals on arrival.

During the trial period, the center offered an average of more than 200 medical consultations to foreign expats daily – and provided about 30 medical services for airport pick-ups and drop-offs.

The Modern Hospital Guangzhou, with the oncology department as its main operation, has a certain reputation overseas with its professional medical team, advanced medical equipment, and international service concept.

It receives more than 10,000 overseas patients every year.
