Guangzhou's Tianhe district was recently approved to advance the works on the optimization of the regulatory plan for its 2112 Industrial Park and the preparation of the designing scheme.

The 2112 Industrial Park is scheduled to be settled in the core area of the Tianhe Smart City. It will have Guangshan Road in the north, Kemulang South Road in the west, Old Yangshan Forest Park in the east, and the north-section ecological corridor along the Chebei River in the south, covering an area of nearly 2,112 mu (140.8 hectares).

Focusing on "ecology first and industrial improvement", the industrial park is poised to be built into a "modern urban industrial park in the garden". It will link Huolu Mountain, Old Yangshan Forest Park, and Yangmei River, and optimize the landscapes along the mountains and rivers, forming an orderly urban skyline.

Relying on the development foundation of the former Gaotang Industrial Park, the 2112 Industrial Park will optimize industrial space and improve the efficiency of industrial space utilization.

Centered on the Gaotangshi Subway Station, an integrated comprehensive services center will be built to provide one-stop, all-around services for enterprises in the industrial park and R&D talents.
