With the start of the summer vacation period, a lion dance training class opened in Zhucun village – located in Tianhe district of Guangzhou, the capital of South China's Guangdong province.

Having kicked off on July 15, the training class will run 35 days to Aug 30. The training course includes basic knowledge of the lion dance, performance skills, and learning to play traditional instruments like gongs and drums.
