Intl contemporary art exhibition opens in Tianhe
The first International Contemporary Art Exhibition, Polyphony, opened at the art center of Guangzhou One Pengrui in Tianhe district on April 13 and is set to run through May 12.
It is exhibiting works by 24 renowned contemporary artists at home and abroad, including Damien Hirst from the United Kingdom, George Condo, and Jeff Koons from the United States.
Guo Dongfeng, member of the Pengrui Public Welfare Foundation, expressed that the exhibition, spanning diverse art forms such as paintings and sculptures, is a testament to the artists' perspectives of the world, the perception of life, and the imagination of the future, a reflection of Guangzhou's spirit of openness and inclusivity.
