A thematic seminar was recently held, underscoring the pivotal role of the 2112 Industrial Park in the advancement of planning, construction, and industrial development in Tianhe district. This park, the first in the district, is poised to revolutionize the local industrial landscape.

According to the seminar, the 2112 Industrial Park is scheduled to be settled in the core area of the Tianhe Smart City. It will have Guangshan Road in the north, Kemulang South Road in the west, Old Yangshan Forest Park in the east, and the north-section ecological corridor along the Chebei River in the south, covering an area of nearly 2,112 mu (140.8 hectares).

The seminar outlined the 2112 Industrial Park's strategic focus on intelligent manufacturing and life health industries. It is designed to house functional areas dedicated to research and development headquarters, intellectual innovation, and post-production services. This specialized approach is expected to drive innovation and economic growth in the region.

"Tianhe boasts a perfect industrial base, and we are optimistic about the development prospect of the modern urban industry," said Chen Yanwen, chairman of Guangzhou Gaoke Communications Technology Limited, at the seminar.

At the seminar, a relevant person in charge of Tianhe Science Park noted, "We are poised to promote the development of high-tech and high-value-added manufacturing enterprises in the 2112 Industrial Park to build it into a model for the modern urban industry."
