Diverse exhibitions add artistic vibes to Tianhe's April
A variety of exhibitions are ongoing in Guangzhou's Tianhe district, adding some artistic vibes to the district in April.
The Chinese font-themed exhibition brings again the font design into people's daily lives. It opens from Tuesdays to Sundays through April 7 on the sixth floor of the Guangzhou International Commercial Center (Guangzhou ICC). It's free of entrance, but you must make an appointment in advance.
The exhibition, A Stranger Called Zhou Zixi, displays 12 paintings by artistic Zhou Zixi, who sketches with thin paint diluted with lots of oil to show fantastic dreams. It opens until April 30 on Mondays to Saturdays at the Contemporary Art Center.

From Mucha to Sendak, the Masterpieces of Illustration exhibition brings excellent illustration works to visitors. It's scheduled to last until May 21 on the sixth floor of the Grandview Plaza, and the ticket price stands at 68 yuan ($9.4) for each person.
The exhibition at Hall 2 on the third floor of the Guangdong Museum showcases several calligraphy and painting donations by Ren Zhenhan. It's going to run through May 19, and admission is free.
