Tianhe releases new batch of district-level ICHs
The 12th batch of district-level intangible cultural heritage items was recently published by the Tianhe bureau of culture, radio, film, television, tourism and sports.
The list includes seven traditional techniques for making herbal tea, roasted goose, Cantonese sponge cake, ambergris, Cantonese furniture, Cantonese-style clay pot rice with cured meat, and steamed vermicelli rolls.
