Established in 2007, the park covers an area of 171,000 square meters. It focuses on the development of industries like digital publishing, digital interactive entertainment and digital audio-visual works.
It has now formed a number of large-scale industrial chains for the digital music, e-sports live broadcasting, animated games, and e-commerce sectors. It has also established multiple innovative internet application models for internet of things, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and smart retail.
In 2010, the industrial park was identified as a national cultural industry demonstration base by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and was given the title of a national music creation industry base by the National Press and Publication Administration in 2017. It was also titled a national copyright demonstration industrial park by the National Copyright Administration in June of this year.
