The Understanding Guangzhou – 16th Guangzhou Photography Art Exhibition kicked off at the Tianhe Art Gallery on July 6, and will run through July 23.
Over 80 excellent works selected out of nearly 4,000 submissions are being showcased at the exhibition. They all vividly present the unique urban memories of Guangzhou residents.
The exhibition extols the heroic, open, inclusive and pragmatic spirit of Guangzhou, while also depicting the city's excellent ecological and cultural environment.
Another aim of the exhibition is to record the steady pace of Guangzhou on its journey towards high-quality development.
