The new office building for Guangdong Huaxing Bank's Guangzhou branch was recently capped at the Guangzhou International Financial City - located in Tianhe district of Guangzhou, capital of South China's Guangdong province.

The office building will cover a combined floor area of 85,600 square meters and will be composed of one 29-level main building and a four-level attached building.

It will have a comprehensive financial service capacity for "insurance + banking + investment". A bank display center, a data center, a private bank and a conference center will operate in the commercial complex.

Meanwhile, the major structure of the Tiancai Building, which is being funded by the Guangzhou Heli Chuangxing Group, was also sealed on top.

The building will have a floorage of 47,147.5 sq m. Its second to fourth floors will be open for commercial use, attracting luxury brands from around the world and restaurants, while its fifth to 12th floors will be used as office space. Floors 13-16 will provide residential accommodation for employees.

It's expected that the building will start operating in the first half of 2024.
