The base implemented an "entrepreneurship assistant" system, which allows enterprises or entrepreneurs to directly handle their problems through a WeChat group with a one-to-one service official.

The product testing and trial production platform in the base provides free support for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs in product appearance proofing and structure testing.

In addition, the base has formed and organized professional mentor teams to help young entrepreneurs and innovators. It now has gathered 112 entrepreneurship mentors, 51 renowned investment and financing institutions, five international maker alliances, and 10 third-party service providers.

"We will continue to improve our capacity to collaborate on policies, resources and talents, upgrade our services, and strengthen the chain of innovation and entrepreneurship among Hong Kong and Macao youths in the Greater Bay Area," said the head of the base's operator.
