High-end industries will be introduced, traffic conditions will be optimized, and the area's public service capacity will also be improved. This will form new development drivers in Zhujiang New Town and lead the area's future development.
This planning and optimization project will focus on three studies, namely the functional orientation study, the public service facility study, and the traffic carrying capacity study. The studying area will reach Guangzhou Avenue in the west, Tianhe Road and Zhongshan Avenue in the north, the Huangpu River in the south, and Keyun Road in the east, covering a total area of nearly 22.8 sq km.
