A total of 14 enterprises from Tianhe district made the list of the top 100 high-tech enterprises showing high-quality development in Guangzhou, which was recently released by the Guangzhou Daily Data and Digital Research Institute.

They cover the fields of new-generation information technology, digital creativity, new energy, energy conservation and environmental protection, intelligent equipment and robots, as well as intelligent new energy vehicles.

Tianhe also had six enterprises listed among the top 50 benchmarking technology firms in Guangzhou and 13 in Guangzhou's top 50 enterprises in terms of R&D investment. An additional 12 enterprises in Tianhe made the list of Guangzhou's top 50 innovative technology enterprises, making it the district with the most enterprises on this list.

Tianhe has been focusing on the high-quality development of enterprises. In 2022, it had a total of 3,293 enterprises enter the national database of small and medium-sized technology enterprises, accounting for 19.7 percent of Guangzhou's total. Five enterprises were named among the top 100 enterprises in terms of internet comprehensive strength in China, making up 55.6 percent of the city's total.
