A project invested in by China top 500 enterprise Hubei United Investment started construction in Guangzhou's Tianhe district on Feb 22.

The project is located on the plot that is north of the Guangyuan Expressway and east of Zhuji Road, adjacent to the Tianhe campus of Guangzhou Zhixin High School. The plot was successfuly won by Hubei United Investment, which bid over 3.21 billion yuan ($462.43 million) for it in October 2022.

It took only 11 weeks for this project to get the approval of its construction design plan from taking the land, which was possible due to Tianhe's efforts to promote investment settlement.

Tianhe has been fully supporting and cooperating in the project approval, land use, and environmental assessment processes to minimize the project’s "construction, operation, and production" period. It also takes the initiative to serve enterprises and help them solve problems that are met during investment settlement.

Hubei United Investment recently ranked 354th among China's top 500 enterprises. In 2022, it realized an operating revenue of 100.35 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 43.97 percent.
