Tianhe to introduce 20 intl brands in 2023
Guangzhou's Tianhe district plans to introduce 20 international brands, set up 30 flagship stores, and to organize more than 300 consumption-promoting activities in 2023.
It will give full play to the combination of "consumption coupons + consumption policies + promotion activities", and strive to cash in on 130 million yuan ($18.95 million) in government funding within the first half of this year.

The Tianhe Road Business Circle was recently listed among the first batch of national demonstrative smart business circles by the Ministry of Commerce last year.
In 2023, Tianhe will develop a number of innovative application scenarios for smart facilities, smart environment, and smart services, in order to promote the development of smart stores within the business circle. It will also optimize the operation of its smart mini program, striving for over 500,000 active users.
The total retail sales of consumer goods within the Tianhe Road Business Circle and the Zhujiang New Town Business Circle accounted for nearly 60 percent of Tianhe's total in 2022.
This year, Tianhe will focus on promoting the high-quality development of its two business circles, make efforts to raise the consumption level in the circles, and speed up the construction of key projects.
