The Tianhe network information talent cultivation, supply and demand exchange meeting, which was hosted by the Tianhe district talent service management office, took place online on Dec 9.

A number of experts and representatives from well-known network information talent cultivation agencies, human resource service agencies, and net information enterprises attended the meeting. Jiang Xinhao, deputy director of the Platform Research Institute of the China Academy of Industrial Internet, and Ling Jie, president of the Guangdong Information Association, were also in attendance.

Discussions were centered on the demand and cultivation of network information talents, as well as the talent transfer and distribution service mechanism.

The head of theGuangzhou Human Resources Service Industrial Park said at the meeting that the industrial park has been exploring innovative models since it was opened on Dec 28, 2020. He also stated thatby the end of October this year, agencies in the industrial park reached a revenue of 5.3 billion yuan ($761.16 million), and have served more than 665,000 people.

The industrial park will build an open and shared innovative talent service system, and encourage more talents, capital, technology and other high-end factors to gather in Tianhe by cooperating with the International Guangzhou Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Base in Tianhe.
