Service station brings warmth to postal, delivery workers
The service station for the postal workers and takeaway deliverymen in Shipai sub-district of Guangzhou's Tianhe district was recently put into use.
Covering an area of 65 square meters, the service station is set up with six functional areas. It can offer more than 30 services like training, governmental affairs handling, legal consultation, free tea, cooked food heating, reading, and phone charging.

Shipai is located in the core area of Tianhe district, and is one of the biggest urban villages in Guangzhou. Spanning an area of 0.31 square kilometers, it is home to a permanent population of more than 68,000, of which over 27,000 people make a living as express postal workers and food deliverymen.
"Shipai has been focusing on better serving the postal workers and takeaway deliverymen here and helping them better integrate into the area," said a person in charge at the Shipai sub-district.
