The security construction alliance project of Xiancun neighborhood in Tianhe district was launched on June 28, aiming to build a strong anti-fraud "firewall."

Since January, Xiancun has made phased achievements in the fight against telecommunications network fraud, said Yao Zhongwei, vice chairman of the Tianhe District People's Political Consultative Conference and secretary of the Xiancun Party working committee.

The launch of the security construction alliance project aims to create a new pattern of social governance in Xiancun, with the participation of various social forces represented by the neighborhood committee, property management, enterprises, and social organizations, Yao added.

The project will be divided into three phases from its launch to the end of 2024, namely co-construction of a platform for social issues, shared governance and efficiency improving, as well as sharing and setting standards, said Zhou Cuiping, secretary general of the Xiancun Chamber of Commerce.
