New park facilitates Hong Kong, Macao youth in Tianhe
T.I.T Wisdom Park, which is an integrated innovation and entrepreneurship park for youth in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, officially opened on June 24.
Focusing on artificial intelligence, digital economy, and the incubation of technological innovation, the park will be devoted to serving the construction and development of the Greater Bay Area, with the aim of attracting more young entrepreneurs from Hong Kong and Macao. As a result, the park will be built to be a hub for youth talent focusing on entrepreneurship and innovation.

The park was renovated by Guangzhou Light Industry and Trade Group from the former Guangzhou second cotton mill that was built in 1958. It covers a combined floor area of nearly 69,000 square meters and had a total investment of 150 million yuan ($22.44 million). The park's renovation retained as much of the buildings' original characters as possible, while implementing green ecology concepts and characteristics.
Guangzhou Light Industry and Trade Group has been focusing on industrial park development. To date, it has developed and operated eight creative parks, with a total floorage of more than 450,000 sq m. Its annual operating revenue exceeds 32 billion yuan.
