Home services easily accessible to Tianhe residents
Guangzhou recently launched its first home services month at Haixinsha Asian Games Park in Tianhe district. More than 20 enterprises showcased their one-stop housekeeping services at the site.
The Guangzhou Home Services Integrated Platform, which was put into use in 2019, is a comprehensive platform providing authoritative, safe, and professional management services for Guangzhou residents and homemakers. Nearly 500 home services enterprises with over 247,000 workers have joined the platform, where more than 200,000 orders have been made.

Yangcheng Homemaking launched the "Reassuring Service Certificate" program, which will retrain and reassess workers, with eligible ones receiving this certificate. Meanwhile, big data is used to manage these workers online, improving the quality of home services. To date, over 50,000 workers have obtained this certificate.
The Liede branch of Yangcheng Homemaking Grassroots Service Station is one of the first batch of grassroots service stations in Tianhe that are under the Yangcheng Homemaking brand. It mainly provides home services, maternal and child services, elderly care services, medical care, as well as referral services for residents in the Liede neighborhood.
A hotline was also opened at the service station, while employment-related training sessions and assistance were provided by the service station to help solve the employment problems of special groups in Liede's jurisdiction.
The home service month activity is being jointly hosted by the Guangzhou bureau of commerce, the Guangzhou bureau of human resources and social security, as well as the Tianhe district government. It will last until the end of this year.
