Tianhe offers new skills training to college graduates
The Tianhe district bureau of human resources and social security has been pushing forward new employment skills training since the beginning of this year, aiming to meet the multi-level needs of college graduates.
"The internet has lowered the threshold for employment, and college students are highly receptive and creative. Through the training sessions, they can be guided to establish their business in the digital economy field," said the person in charge of the bureau.
The district has reached cooperation agreements with four training institutions, namely Guangdong Vocational College of Post and Telecom, Guangdong Zhongpeng Vocational Training School, Guangdong Hanwen Vocational Training College, as well as Guangdong Lingnan Modern Technician College. Free skills training sessions will be carried out for express sorting skills, express sending and receiving skills, HarmonyOS mobile application development, big data system operation and maintenance, Tencent video channel operation, Tencent community operation, as well as livestreaming and online marketing.
To date, a total of 3,656 people have registered for the new employment skills training, of which 2,269 people have been certified.
