On April 23, Quanxin Biotechnology (Macao) launched its agricultural investment project in Guizhou province's Dafang county, which plans to invest 80 million yuan ($12.18 million) in three years to develop rosemary planting, processing, as well as extraction in the Wumeng Mountain area.

This Macao project injected new elements of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area into the modern agricultural industrial park jointly built by Tianhe district and Dafang. It was also an achievement made by the Dafang investment attraction team in Guangdong that used Tianhe's cooperation platform.

In 2021, Tianhe assisted Dafang in setting up the "Dafang Greater Bay Area Cooperation Center" in the district's Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Guangdong) Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Base to make it more convenient for Dafang to access the resources of the Greater Bay Area.

The center worked as a platform to help the Dafang investment promotion team in Guangdong complete several rounds of negotiations in Tianhe with the Macao-based enterprise, reducing cross-provincial travel in the face of the COVID-19 epidemic.
