Given the epidemic prevention and control needs, in order to curb the spread of COVID-19 in a targeted way as soon as possible and guarantee people's safety and health, Tianhe District COVID-19 Control and Prevention Command Center designated the lockdown zones, partial lockdown zones and restricted zones in Chebei Subdistrict as follows on April 16, 2022:

I. Lockdown zones: No. 2 and 4 of Guangdan Beihuan Street. The above-mentioned areas shall be completely locked down. All people are under "name-list" management and mandatory home quarantine for 10 days. Necessary services and goods will be delivered to their doorsteps. Home quarantine measures shall be strictly implemented and efforts will be made to guarantee residents' basic living necessities.

II. Partial lockdown zones: No. 1, 3 and 5 of Guangdan Beihuan Street. For 10 days, residents shall not leave the partial lockdown zones and deliveries must be collected on a staggered schedule. Residents are only allowed to travel during designated hours with their Travel Pass to ensure that activities such as shopping, package collection and PCR testing take place on a staggered schedule.

III. Restricted zones: the area encircled by the Third Jianming Road in the east, Fifth Jianming Road in the west, Second Tiankun Road in the south and Third Tiankun Road in the north. Social activities and gatherings will be restricted in these areas. Residents in the restricted zones shall not leave unless necessary. Those who need to leave or enter for medical treatment or conducting special work must present a negative PCR test result within 48 hours.

In the area to the north of Guangyuan Road in Chebei Subdistrict, dine-in service in the public halls of catering service providers (including drink shops, snack shops and breakfast diners) shall be suspended. Food takeout, delivery and dine-in service in private rooms of catering service providers (one table at most in each room with no more than 10 diners; table sharing is not allowed) are still available. All group dining activities (including private banquets) are prohibited. Diners must scan health codes, present travel cards and have their temperature taken before entering the premises of restaurants. They shouldn't take their mask off until beginning eating and must put it back on immediately after finishing eating.

The above scale of the lockdown zones, partial lockdown zones and restricted zones and management requirements will be dynamically adjusted according to the spread of the virus and prevention and control needs. We sincerely ask all residents in the above-mentioned zones to comply with the following:
