Notification: differentiated risk-based containment measures applied to some areas in Tianhe district

To rapidly and effectively cut off the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, enforce targeted containment measures and practically protect people's safety and health, Tianhe district identified some areas in the Tianhe South neighborhood, Xiancun neighborhood, and Xinghua neighborhood as lockdown zones and partial lockdown zones in line with COVID-19 control and prevention requirements. Relevant containment measures have been imposed from March 16.

We hereby notify the following COVID-19 containment arrangements:

1. Lockdown zones: Building 12, 14, and 16 in the Guanghe First Street Residential Community; Tiyu Xilu Elementary School (West Campus, No 29 Tianhe Street, Tiyu West Road, Tianhe South neighborhood); Daycare and Learning Center (No 55 Guangli Road); Sinochem Guangdong (13th Floor, Fuli Yingxin Tower, No 28 Huaxia Road) and Guangzhou Funeral Service Center (No 418 Yanling Road, Tianhe district) are identified as lockdown zones. The abovementioned areas shall be completely locked down, all residents inside these areas are under mandatory home quarantine, while necessary services and goods will be delivered to their doorsteps. Every resident listed in these areas must strictly follow the rules of home quarantine. Relevant assistance will be provided to meet their basic living needs.

2. Partial lockdown zones: Building 11, 13, and 15 in the Guanghe First Street Residential Community; No 162, 172, 182, and 136 Guanghe Road; Rouxianhui Fresh Produce Store (Tianhe Street, Tianhe South neighborhood); 7-11 convenience store (No 188-3 Tianhe Road, Tianhe South neighborhood, next to New Tianhe Hotel) and Juqiaoyuan Residential Community (No 55 Guangli Road) are identified as partial lockdown zones. Residents in these areas shall not leave the partial lockdown zone and deliveries must be collected on a staggered schedule. Effective containment measures shall be implemented for residents in these areas. Residents must travel during designated hours, using a travel pass to ensure that shopping, package collection, and nucleic acid testing activities take place on a staggered schedule.

The above measures will be adjusted on a dynamic basis in line with COVID-19 developments as well as control and prevention requirements.

Residents in these areas are advised to take the following containment measures:

(1) Please closely follow the information released by the government and disease control departments, monitor the status of your health code, and carefully check text message notifications. Please take nucleic acid tests according to the instructions.

(2) Please monitor your health status properly. If you experience symptoms such as a fever, dry cough, fatigue, smell and taste disorders, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, muscle pain, or diarrhea, you are advised to report to your neighborhood immediately (Xiancun neighborhood 24-hour hotline: +86-20--38370112; Xinghua neighborhood 24-hour hotline: F+86-20-87640561; Tianhe South neighborhood 24-hour hotline: +86-20-87589747 (09:00–18:00), +86-20-88527162 (18:00–09:00 the following day).

(3) Please continue to take precautions in everyday life by wearing masks properly, cleaning your hands frequently, keeping indoor spaces ventilated, and practicing social distancing.

Notification: differentiated risk-based containment measures applied to Yunpu neighborhood of Huangpu district

To rapidly and effectively cut off the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, enforce targeted containment measures, and practically protect people's safety and health, Huangpu district identified the Yunpu neighborhood as a lockdown zone, partial lockdown zone, and a restricted zone in line with COVID-19 control and prevention requirements. Relevant containment measures were imposed at 7:00 am on March 16.

1. Lockdown zone: Building A1, A2, and A3 in the Kaixin Dongfang Huating Residential Community on No 67 Chunhui Second Street, and the Yunpu neighborhood in Huangpu district are identified as lockdown zones. The abovementioned areas shall be completely locked down, and all residents living inside these areas are under mandatory home quarantine while necessary services and goods will be delivered to their doorsteps. Every resident listed in these areas must strictly follow the rules of home quarantine. Relevant assistance will be provided to meet their basic living needs.

2. Partially lockdown zone: Kaixin Dongfang Huating Residential Community on No 67 Chunhui Second Street inYunpu neighborhood, Huangpu district is identified as a partial lockdown zone. Residents in this area shall not leave the partial lockdown zone and deliveries must be collected on a staggered schedule. The area will be designated as a lockdown zone if any infection is detected. Effective containment measures shall be applied to all residents in this area. Residents must travel during designated hours, using a travel pass to ensure that shopping, package collection, and nucleic acid testing activities take place on a staggered schedule.

3. Restricted zone: The triangle area (excluding the Lockdown Zone and the partial lockdown zone) encircled by Ronghuan South Road, Kaichuang Avenue, and Huangpu East Road in the Yunpu neighborhood in Huangpu district is identified as a partial lockdown zone. Social activities will be restricted, and people are strictly forbidden to gather in these areas. Residents in the restricted zone are advised to refrain from unnecessary travel. Those who need to leave the restricted zone for medical assistance or for specific work must hold a negative nucleic acid test report obtained within 48 hours.

The above measures will be adjusted on a dynamic basis in line with COVID-19 developments as well as control and prevention requirements. Residents in these areas are advised to take the following containment measures:

Changes to bus stop in the Baiyun neighborhood in Yuexiu district due to COVID-19 containment measures effective at 12:00 pm on March 16

To effectively implement COVID-19 containment measures in the Baiyun neighborhood in Yuexiu district, six bus stops (four stops midway and two terminal stops) in the lockdown, partial lockdown and restricted zones have been temporarily closed. Forty-two bus lines that travel through these zones will skip these stops, including Line 4, 7, 12, 16, 24, 35, 36, 54, 59, 61, 65, 80, 91, 93, 101, 104, 112, 125, 129, 182, 184, 192, 194, 222, 223, 264, 247, 285, 299, 519, 535, 502, 541, 551, B5, and Line B5 (Fast), Night 12, 16, 39, 102, and Night 107, and Peak Hour Fast Line 70. All residents are advised to pay attention to such changes and make appropriate travel arrangements.

Bus stops affected: Baiyun Road Terminal Stop, Donghua South Road (Jiangwan Qiaojiao) Terminal Stop, Jiangwan Qiaojiao (both ways), and Baiyun Road Stop (both ways).

Guangzhou bureau of transportation wants to remind all residents to voluntarily abide by the above COVID-19 related traffic control measures. Residents are also advised to closely follow official COVID-19 updates, make appropriate travel arrangements, wear masks properly, actively present health codes, and have temperatures taken when required. People with links to potential exposure areas and sites should take a nucleic acid test at the nearest testing station. You should wear personal protective equipment and avoid using public transportation.
