Preferential tax policies help revive Tianhe small enterprises
Small enterprises in Tianhe district have been faced with difficulties like decreasing customers and rising costs in recent years, and the Tianhe district tax bureau has used preferential tax policies to help them pull through.
The restaurant at the foot of Huolu Mountain in Tianhe had a sharp drop in turnover over the past one year, but the rental expenses, water and electricity charges, and staff salaries should be paid as usual, which worried the boss a lot.

Officials at the Tianhe tax bureau took the initiative to send customized preferential tax policies to the restaurant. In 2021, the restaurant enjoyed a total value-added tax (VAT) exemption of 50,459.13 yuan ($7,944).
During the outbreak, the Wushan Overseas Chinese Federation Property Rental Service Center had a significant decrease in costs, and its operation was briefly in jeopardy. The Tianhe tax bureau's preferential tax policies enabled the center to relieve capital pressure, with a 96,327.17 yuan tax exemption.
The Changxing Chiji Information Consulting Service Department is a start-up project for college students, offering business management, finance, and information consultations. Due to the preferential tax policies, the service department has saved more than 12,500 yuan in taxes.
