Tianhe lifts management of epidemic-related sites
According to the Tianhe district health bureau, three key sites related to COVID-19 epidemic in the district were officially lifted from controlled management at 12 am on March 2.
The three sites are Civet Coffee Shop at No 525 Tianhe Road, the Tianhe Telecom Building, and Lanshan Restaurant.
If a COVID-19 case has been reported or there are close contacts, a residence, workplace, event, or the surrounding area will be placed under controlled management. People are only permitted to enter the area, not to leave.
The other four sites in Tianhe involved in the epidemic, namely Mulian Hotel Guangzhou, the Yufeng branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, the Dior Taikoo Hui store, and the Louis Vuitton Taikoo Hui store, were lifted from controlled management on Feb 19.
Since two confirmed non-local cases were identified on Feb 15 in Guangzhou, a total of 454,923 people in the district have been tested. All the tests results were negative.
